NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2011 the following fees will go into effect:
- scheduling an exam by phone $10
- rescheduling an exam more than 24 hours before the scheduled date $15
- canceling an exam more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled testing appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Exams cancelled later than this will result in the forfeiture of the entire exam fee.

CSCP
