CSCP Domestic Registration Process – North American Candidates Only

To register for the APICS CSCP exam, you must first be approved to test. Please be prepared to have the following information available when you register online or call Pearson VUE:

  • APICS customer ID number (example: APICS ID Number APICS1234567)
  • Method of payment — Valid exam voucher or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or American Express)
    Please Note: Your credit card will be charged at the time of registration, not the exam date.
  • Personal information — Mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and email address
  • Exam information — Preferred testing date and testing location

The registration deadline for all computer-based exams is 24-hours before the exam date. However, this does not guarantee that the candidate will be able to schedule their exam on their first preferred date. Exam seats are limited and are given on a first come, first served basis. We encourage all candidates to schedule their exam as early as possible.

Note About Online Scheduling

Online scheduling with Pearson VUE is a two-step process. The first step is to create a “Web Account” which contains your user profile. When you have completed the first step, you will receive an e-mail that allows you to continue to the second step. The second step is to schedule (and, if necessary, pay for) your testing appointment.

Domestic APICS members must use the promotion code “member” in order to get the member exam fee.

Domestic candidates who have previously taken a computer-based CSCP test through Pearson VUE must use the promotion code “CSCPRetake” in order to get the discounted retake exam fee.

Domestic candidates who have only taken the paper and pencil CSCP test must contact APICS Customer Support to purchase a voucher in order to get the discounted retake fee.

CSCPI International Registration Process—International Candidates Only

  1. Purchase Your CSCPI exam directly from your local Certification Administrator.
  2. Candidates will have a 48 hour verification turnaround time before they will be able to schedule their APICS CSCPI exam.
  3. The Certification Administrator will send an “approval to schedule” e-mail directly to the candidates with Pearson VUE scheduling instructions.
