IP Networking Certifications
Brocade Certified Network Engineer - BCNE
As a Brocade Certified Network Engineer, you must demonstrate an ability to install, configure and troubleshoot various Brocade products and exhibit proficiency in the intricacies of the routing hardware. This exam is comprised of IP networking technology and in-depth knowledge of Brocade products. The current exam for this credential is 150-120.
Brocade Certified Network Professional - BCNP
This certification validates knowledge to implement advanced features of BGP, OSPF and STP technologies as well as provide level 2 support, diagnostics and fault isolations for medium to large-sized networks. The current exam for this credential is 150-210.
The current BCNP exam 150-210 will expire 12/31/2009 and be replaced with the new exam 150-220 on 1/11/2010.
Brocade Certified Layer 4-7 Engineer - BCLE
This certification represents mastery of the basics of Brocade’s IP networking technology. As a Brocade Certified Layer 4-7 Engineer, you must demonstrate an ability to install, configure and troubleshoot various Brocade products and exhibit proficiency in the intricacies of the SLB, FWLB and GSLB hardware. The current exam for this credential is 150-310.
Brocade Certified Layer 4-7 Professional - BCLP
This certification validates knowledge to implement advanced Layer 4-7 switching, firewalls, server load balancing, security, network design and deployment, implementation of Health Checks and provide level 1 support, diagnostics and fault isolation on Brocade switches and routers. The current exam for this credential is 150-410.
