Changes to registration process

Please note that effective August 21, all registrations, reschedules or cancellations made at Pearson VUE call centers or at test centers will be subject to a service charge. If you would like to avoid these fees, please use Pearson VUE’s online registration system to complete your booking.

Why are Citrix and Pearson VUE implementing service fees at the call center/test center?

Citrix and Pearson VUE will begin to implement a service charge for those candidates who choose to use either the Pearson VUE call center or one of our test center partners for their test registrations, cancellations, or reschedules. Using these services over the web will not attract these service charges as web services do not have the higher associated cost of maintaining offices and staff.

In the interest of providing great service we will not eliminate call center and test center registration options, but it has become necessary to have candidates choosing these options pay a fee to help offset the expense of maintaining them.

What if I have already purchased a voucher?

From August 21, exam registrations, or changes to those registrations not made using the web will be subject to a service charge. In addition to a Citrix Voucher, candidates choosing to register for, or make changes to their Citrix testing appointment will need to have some other form of payment to settle any service charges. Service charges can be completely avoided by accessing our web capability at www.PearsonVUE.com/Citrix. Please make sure any customers you may have provided these vouchers to are informed of this change.

For new voucher purchases:

From August 21, exam registrations, or changes to those registrations not made using the web will be subject to a service charge. Surcharges can be completely avoided by accessing our Web capability at www.PearsonVUE.com/Citrix. Please make sure any customers using your vouchers are made aware of these new service charges and how to avoid them if desired.
